Wedding Photography At Callow Hall

Callow Hall is a beautiful country house set in the Derbyshire peak district and is very close to the market town of Ashbourne. It is set in over 35 acres of gardens and country side and is the perfect place to get married with wonderful views looking over to Dovedale. Not my first time as a Callow Hall wedding photographer, It was great to be back at this beautiful wedding venue in the heart of the Derbyshire Peak district.

Outdoor Wedding Ceremony

Lauren and Greg wanted to do something a little different and that was to get married outside. Luckily it was a perfect day for this and they were blessed with blue skies and temperatures in the high twenties. Callow Hall is now one of my new favourite places to photograph a wedding. Family and friends travelled from all over the UK and further to celebrate with Lauren and Greg and everyone had a fantastic time and partied until the early hours.

Thanks to Callow Hall for their fantastic hospitality and for making Lauren & Greg's wedding day so special.

Below are just some of my favourites from their wedding day. If you are getting married at Callow Hall or any other wedding venues in the East Midlands please don't hesitate to get in touch with me, I would love to hear from you.

Preparations for the wedding

The day started with me joining the girls in the morning for the bridal preparations in the beautiful bridal suite at Swancar Farm. It was a very relaxed morning with Amanda, her daughter who was a flower girl and her two bridesmaids. Everyone was very relaxed and easy to get along with which made my job as a Nottingham wedding photographer a lot easier.

Family and friends travelled from all over the UK to join in the celebrations. The ceremony was held in the barn on the upper floor and was beautifully presented as always and Amanda & Matt had their wedding breakfast in the magnificent Oak Hall which is situated downstairs. The weather was fantastic, we had blue skies and sunshine for the majority of the day and it didn't look or feel like February which was great because that meant we could do Amanda & Matt's wedding portraits outside as well as their family formal pictures.

Returning To Swancar Farm

This is not my first time photographing a wedding at Swancar Farm in Nottingham and hopefully it will not be my last. The 16th century country house is set in 250 acres of beautiful Nottinghamshire countryside and is exclusively a wedding venue that is in demand. What a fantastic wedding to be part of and I hopefully will be returning to photograph another wedding there very soon. A special thank you to all the staff at Swancar Farm for their amazing hospitality once again.

Amanda and Matt I really enjoyed being part of your special day and I hope you love the memories.

I wish you all the best in your new life together as husband and wife and have a great time in the Maldives.

The Walled Garden At Beeston Fields Wedding Photography

Eseltia and Colin had booked me as their Nottingham wedding photographer early on in the year for their wedding at The Walled Garden at Beeston Fields. They have both been together for a long time and wanted celebrate their special day among family and close friends.

I started the day at Eseltia's home photographing the girls getting ready and I immediately could tell that the girls had a very close relationship with each other,  It was a very relaxed morning  during the bridal preparations.

Eseltia and Colin got married at St Teresa's Catholic Church in Aspley and then they had their wedding reception at The Walled Garden at Beeston Fields.

Family and close friends had travelled from all over the UK and further to celebrate with Eseltia and Colin and they had a fantastic time. Special thanks to The Walled garden for their brilliant hospitality.

Here are a few of my favourites from the day.
